Analyzing the opportunity for Growth in Newark, NJ, a close neighbor to New York City, and the largest City in New Jersey, one is immediately drawn to its nature as a heart of transportation and distribution of people and goods. Featuring one of the largest international airports, the largest seaport on the east coast of the United States, and a central point on the Northeast Corridor rail link, the opportunity for delivery of people to this historically challenged city, is extraordinary. Adding the proximity of New York City as a tourist amenity, the goal was to identify a vehicle for capitalizing on all of the tremendous opportunities that Newark has to offer.
