Located on the Istrian peninsula in the north of Croatia, our plan will create a completely unique, ground-breaking, Master Plan, celebrating the Culture, Cuisine, and Coastline of Istria, Croatia. The objective of the overall development plan is to create a truly world-class tourist Destination. The plan creates a harmony between nature and humanity, and a design that intensely focuses on the balance between the public need and the private sector. There is no project in the world equal to the combination of Natural Beauty, Culinary Delights, Ancient History, and Modern Culture, in a setting that will act as stage of these ongoing events.

The project is designed to deliver on the concept of the Bilbao effect and more. The plan for Istria combines a signature cultural facility, with a spectacular natural setting, tremendous local cuisine, while incorporating sports and recreation. The Master Plan focuses on three distinct locations; the Musil Peninsula, Brijuni Islands, and Rasa Bay, to create a unique experience with content specifically designed for each, generating a truly sustainable plan.

Building on the extraordinary nature, coastline, and cultural history, the development is to be programmed with events, and activities designed to activate the region year-round. The three key disciplines around which the plan will be centered are: Art and Culture, Culinary Festivals, Sports and Recreation.
